Nestled in the Cherokee Park triangle of the Highlands, this 21-unit Condominium complex was converted from apartments to condominiums in 2007. The building was originally constructed as apartments in 1928.

This 4-story wood framed brick veneer sided building is constructed over a full concrete walled basement, complete with a garage under the piazza patio which boasts a magnificent water fountain.

The neighborhood is home to the Original Highlands Art and Music Festival. Held on Baxter Avenue each September, the festival features local and national music acts along with art and vendor booths.
